Burke, Perry and Thorndike, LLC is an independent consulting firm that specializes in evaluating the role of debt and developing tax-exempt financing solutions for not-for-profit institutions and governmental entities.

What we do

We analyze debt structures and create debt policies and strategies for our clients. When a debt issue is consistent with such strategies and policies, we advocate for and advise the client on the most appropriate and cost effective financing structure for the borrower’s capital needs, strategic goals, and solid financial health.
